I tried multiple Ortho Doctors for back pain but all Doctors mentioned nothing is wrong, everything is fine, back pain is there may be due to acidity, ...Read More may be because of sitting habits (sitting for long time, posture while sitting etc) in office, may be due to lack of exercise. >>Fast Forward >> in June I got fever and then visited to family doctor, he diagnosed with Typhoid (during this period still had back pain and Doctor mentioned it could be related to Typhoid). After few days fever and back pain both gone. >> Fast Forward (in between there were short periods of 2-3 days where I occasionally had back pain )>> Again in month of August I had back pain, and fever and also noticed that Right Shoulder was paining while taking long breath + lost 4-5 kg weight in 2-3 weeks. Family Doctor again did blood test and diagnosed Typhoid. Here I decided to take expert advice. By some reference, I met to Dr. Pallavi first time at Vitals Clinic. Explained her entire history (since April). She prescribed medicines and asked me to observe for 4-5 days. Still there was no improvement. So, Upon her advice, I was got admitted in Apollo Hospital. In a week, she carried out multiple tests (multiple Blood tests, CXR, USG, 2D-Echo, CITI Scan, MRI, Biopsy) and found out Root Cause (for all my problems - fever, back pain, Right Shoulder pain while taking long breath). After starting medicines within a week or two, I got relief. For back pain follow-ups, she introduced Dr. Sameer Choudhary (he is also good orthopedic Doctor). I had to 44complete One Year course of medicine (with weekly, bi-weekly follow-ups for first month and then quarterly follow-ups) but I returned to my normal life within 3-4 months (however, I started going to office after one month of treatment but of course had to take some precautions). Below are positives I observed/experienced while getting treatment from Dr. Pallavi : 1. She gives ample time to patient to explain his problem and listens carefully to patients. After speaking to her for some time, you will feel better. She is young and can really understand/relate new generation problems - sometimes she will give you real life examples. Over all she really makes you comfortable. 2. She always tries/look forward to find out Root Cause of problem (in my case she did not suppress fever until she found Root Cause). 3. Although she is young but she has huge experience/practice. I especially liked the way (in my case) she eliminated possibilities one by one and reached to Root Cause. 4. Liked her approach of “will not take even 1% of risk in treatment” 5. She has good contacts/network of other Doctors. If you ask and explain your problem then she can refer you to good Doctor as per need (She is connected to some well-known hospitals in Navi Mumbai). Apparently, now she has become a family Doctor to us. I will definitely recommend Dr. Pallavi to other patients. Big Thank You to Dr. Pallavi.
